Finding someone

Start at Clark County, or go or click your location on the map. Open an agency, then a name. Search Region looks up staff in the area you are viewing after 3 letters.

Phone numbers and email

Choose Hidden beside a number or email and enter your email address. A cookie on this browser remembers you. Clear Session hides the details again.

Maintainers

Sign in from Login. You can edit only the agencies assigned to you. A superadmin, set with SUPERADMIN_EMAILS, can edit every agency, add maintainers, and import a roster.

On an agency admin page, upload a CSV, Excel, or PDF staff list. When AI is configured, the file is read into a preview of new people, changes, and possible duplicates. Edit the preview, then apply it. Nothing is written until you apply.

Form uploads accept PDF and DOCX files only, up to 4 MB. Files are stored privately and downloaded by their record, not by a path you type.
